Die casting is a process in which molten metal is filled into a mold under high pressure and high speed, and crystallized and solidified to form a product. The die-casting process is a process of organically combining the three major elements of die-casting machine, die-casting mold and zinc alloy and comprehensively utilizing them. To make qualified products, it is necessary to unify and coordinate process factors such as pressure speed, temperature and time, and to select high-quality materials and design advanced molds. Die-cast finished products must have clear and complete lines, letters, and patterns, and accurate dimensions, and there must be no watermarks.
