Production process 8: Electroplating
Apr 18, 2023
Electroplating is a process of plating a layer of customer-specified metal on the surface of the product using the principle of point solution. During electroplating, the plating metal and insoluble solution are used as the anode, and the product to be plated is used as the cathode. The cations of the plating metal are deposited on the surface of the product to be plated to form a coating, which makes the product brighter, more beautiful, improves the wear resistance of the product and prevents the product from oxidation. Qualified electroplating products must have no bubbles and no pitting
